By accessing or using the Insuromatic Inventory application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
The Service allows you to upload media (images and videos) and descriptions of personal property to generate and manage an inventory list for insurance or personal purposes. The Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to analyze the uploaded content and automate data entry.
3. User-Generated Content
You are solely responsible for the content you upload, including images, videos, and text ("User Content"). You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. However, by submitting User Content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing, operating, and maintaining the Service for you.
4. Artificial Intelligence
The Service uses AI to analyze your User Content. You acknowledge that AI-generated output (such as item descriptions, valuations, and conditions) may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise flawed. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated information. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and correcting all generated inventory details to ensure their accuracy for your purposes.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING AI-GENERATED ESTIMATES, WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE, INCLUDING RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED DATA; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms.
